SCOPE OF WORK:
The project consists of selective demolition of a portion of the existing Mooreland Elementary School and construction of new additions and associated new parking areas, driveways and outdoor play areas. There are two additions, one consisting of a new library and classroom wing, and the other consisting of a new cafeteria and kitchen. A portion of the existing building will be renovated, with other selective alterations including replacement of the building’s fire alarm system, boilers, and emergency generator.
