CRA Attends 2024 Central PA Design Awards

A few members from Crabtree, Rohrbaugh and Associates attended the 2024 AIA Central Pennsylvania Conference, Expo and Design Awards held in York, PA on September 26th, 2024. The event included tours of the Yorktowne Hotel- a beautiful and historic restoration of a building landmark, developed by the York County Industrial Development Authority (YCIDA) with support from the York County Economic Alliance (YCEA) and York County History Center Tour which celebrates York County’s history from its early innovations to its ongoing revitalization efforts.

The Keynote Speaker was Megan Caruso, Executive Director of Sprocket Mural Works located in Harrisburg, PA who showcased their mission to create public art in the form of building murals to revitalize neighborhoods and rally communities together.

The evening concluded with a vendor expo and 2024 Design Awards.

The event was celebrated by local architects and a great reminder of our continued mission to transform communities by the built environment and as a form of art to inspire current and future generations.
