Matt Baker

Construction Administrator

Matt joined Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates in 2025 and works with project managers as their projects are preparing for bid as well as being on the project site. In the field, Matt serves as liaison between the owner and the contractors to ensure the project is being constructed as designed. Matt attended Penn State Harrisburg where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management.
