SCOPE OF WORK:
Partial demolition of the existing PV High School. Renovate existing athletic facilities, convert the existing Media Center into the new District Administration Office, and new construct a 28,224 sf addition of a new indoor turf athletic facility and associated storage and restrooms. The project is to be completed in two general phases, completing the High School renovations and additions prior to the demolition of the existing Intermediate School building. Following the Intermediate School demolition, that are of the site will be converted into the competition baseball facilities complete with dugouts and two restroom / storage buildings.
