SCOPE OF WORK:
The project encloses the under roof open lobby between the cafeteria and administration building. The enclosure of the lobby includes a new SRO office. New exterior aluminum storefront and masonry walls shall provide the enclosure. The existing administration building will be renovated including clinic. Select walls, doors and ceilings shall be demolished. The renovations shall include select new doors, walls and hollow metal windows, flooring, painting, lighting, and HVAC. The flag poles shall be relocated and a storefront skylight added to the structure.
