CRA Team is Expanding

CRA is pleased to welcome 5 new members to our team!

Myriam Correa has joined CRA as an Administrative Assistant. Myriam has 20 years of experience in the financial and healthcare fields, as she was recently with Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She has her AOS degree in Accounting/Management from Monroe College. In her free time, Myriam likes to work on craft projects, read, walk, rearrange the house and decorate for the season. She says she is excited for the opportunity to learn new things, meet new people and grow as an individual with CRA. “I was looking for a company that cared about their employees and want to see them thrive and acknowledge their success – CRA is that and more.”

Alejandro Cuevas has joined as an Architectural Project Coordinator. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2021, and also minored in music and Italian. Fresh out of college, Alejandro plans to acquire real world experience with design here at CRA before he pursues his Master’s Degree in and Architectural License. “Designing spaces that strengthen and enliven communities is my career goal, so I’m glad to be a part of this education-centered firm!”

Kaleb Minton joins us as an Architectural Project Coordinator. Recently graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Kaleb has an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technologies, and a Bachelor of Science in Building Science and Sustainable Design. In his free time, he likes to play guitar/write music, play basketball and golf. “I am excited to expand my knowledge about what all fully goes into a project, for it to be approved and built,” says Kaleb, “I’m excited to be able to go out into the field and see a project that I am working on be built.”

Connor Phiel has joined our team as a Project Architect.  He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech School of Architecture and Design in 2016 and after that spent time traveling around the country experiencing as many new places as possible. Connor worked for an Architect in Gettysburg after college and had the opportunity to dive right into a lot of interesting small commercial projects in downtown Gettysburg. This peaked his interest in working within a historical context and small town community. In his free time, Connor tries to spend as much time outside as possible. He frequently mountain bikes and hikes in the local state forests, and enjoys camping whenever he has the chance.  Now that he has joined the CRA team, he is excited to work on education-oriented projects and learn more about the creative ways the built environment can help inspire students in their education. “I think the way that school design has evolved, even since I was in school, is very exciting because there is a lot of opportunity for creative and inspiring solutions that can have a real positive impact on their communities.”

And last but not least, Rachael Rutkoski has been added to our team as an Architectural Project Coordinator. Rachael has almost 6 years of customer service experience, and that was ultimately what lead her to choose a different career path. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, minors in Marketing and Communications in 2013 then in 2022 graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Science and Sustainable Design and an Associate’s degree in Architectural Technologies. “Now that I am with CRA, I am excited to be learning a variety of new skills and being pushed outside of my comfort zone to become more experienced in this field.” In her free time, Rachael enjoys backpacking, kayaking and gardening!

CRA is thrilled to welcome these new employees, and we look forward to their success with the firm!
