Pequea Valley Project Receives CPBJ Top Projects Award

Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates attended the Central Penn Business Journal’s (CPBJ) Real Estate and Development Summit and Top Awards at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel on April 29, 2026.

The event featured networking opportunities with industry leaders, a keynote presentation addressing housing market trends, a panel discussion on the impact of data centers, and the annual Top Awards program, which honors outstanding building and construction projects across Central Pennsylvania.

CPBJ selected CRA’s Pequea Valley Secondary School to receive a 2026 Top Projects Award. Projects were evaluated based on degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors, project management, adaptive reuse, and sustainability efforts. Winners of the 2026 Top Projects Awards were selected by the editors of Central Penn Business Journal.

Dr. Erik Orndorff, Superintendent of the Pequea Valley School District, attended the event to celebrate and accept the award.
