The new Day Report Center for Berkeley County is an adaptive reuse a former CVS Pharmacy. The project was much needed due to the continued growth of the programs which now require additional space to meet the program which operates six days a week.
The original project included a 1,000 SF addition and renovation of approximately 20,000 SF of existing retail space into lobby, drug testing area, offices and meeting rooms.
The program continued to grow and found themselves needing additional space within two years of moving into the renovated space. Our team designed a three story addition connecting to the existing lobby. This addition included additional office space, meeting rooms and a recreational area for the persons going through the program.
