Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Temple University in 2002 and joined Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates in 2007. As Senior Project Manager, he walks our clients through the design process in an effort to create a design solution which meets the project’s guiding principles established at the onset of the project. As Principal, Josh manages our Charlottesville, VA office and works with our project managers and staff implementing project standards and Best Practices to maintain continuity between our offices. Josh has earned a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Professional Designation (CPD) through the National Institute of Crime Prevention. This designation is achieved through a rigorous 64 hours of in class theory and field assessments. Josh also earned the Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP), the professional designation of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) that signifies excellence in the industry. It is designed to elevate professional standards, enhance individual performance, and identify those in the educational environment industry who demonstrate the core competencies essential to the practice of planning, designing, equipping and maintaining educational environments.
