The new John M. Gandy Elementary school is a consolidation of Henry Clay (PK-2) and John M. Gandy elementary schools (3-5).  The new school will be home to 800 students and will provide student centered, modern educational learning spaces and will include flexible furniture and technology and outdoor learning spaces. It will be designed around “main street” and will include media center, gymnasium, cafeteria and will accessible from each grade level wing.

Their design is not only creative, but every decision that is considered is thoroughly evaluated as to how those decisions impact both the construction capital costs and ongoing operating costs.
